Otto P. Woldeit's Obituary
Otto P. Woldeit was born on April 2, 1914 in Coeur d' Alene, Idaho to Alexander & Caroline Freiter Woldeit.
He died on January 2, 2006 at a hospital in Edmonds, WA. at the age of 91.
He was educated in Longview, WA.; went into the Marine Corp on March 22, 1938 and was discharged on September 21, 1945.
He married Mary E. Goodall on August 30, 1942 in Kelso, WA.
They lived in St. Helens for 70 years. He worked as a supervisor at the Paper Mill from 1946-1979.
He was a member of the Penecostal denomination, AARP, a volunteer policeman, retired paper mill workers, he received a recognition plaque for his volunteering at the senior center, he was an artist and enjoyed his kids and grandkids.
Survivors include: Wife: Betty Woldeit of St. Helens; Children; Ron Woldeit of Lynnwood, WA.; Diana Dawson of Sherwood, OR.; Richard Woldeit of Albany, OR.; Teash Woldeit of St. Helens, OR.; Sandra Harding of Longview, WA.; 12 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.

Funeral Service: Friday 1/6/06 at 1:00 PM at Columbia Funeral Home
Committal service & vault interment: Columbia Memorial Gardens.
