Patricia J. Grimes' Obituary
Patricia J. Grimes was born on April 8, 1937 in Tillamook, OR. Her parents were Raleigh & BlancheBeegle Nelson. Also, James O. Blayney.
She died after a lengthy illness at a Longview hospice care center on September 9, 2006 at the age of 69.
She graduated from Rainier Hi in 1955. Married Carroll Sitton in 1961, he preceded her in death in 1971.
She lived in Rainier, Portland and Newberg, and 40 years in St. Helens.
She worked at many restaurants in the area, she retired 13 years ago after many years at the Bar Harbor Restaurant.
She was a member of the Moose Lodge, Pool League and she helped out at Sandys Flowers in St. Helens.
Survivors include: Daughters: Shelly Kowalski of Castle Rock, WA.; Carolyn Sitton of Greeley, CO. Catheryn who died as an infant.; Siblings: James Jr.& Patty Blayney of Rainier, OR.; Bonnie Acuavera of Pittsbugh, CA.; Raleigh Nelson, Jr. Belen of Northfolk , VA.; 1 grandson; 8 immediate nieces & nephews; grandog "Luther".
Graveside & interment: Green Mountain Cemetery-Rainier on Thursday, September 14, 2006 at 2:00 PM.
