Patricia Lee Johnson's Obituary
Patricia Lee Johnson
June 29, 1944 – June 10, 2018
Patricia Lee Johnson, known to family and friends as “Pat,” passed away in her home on the morning of June 10, 2018. Pat was born to Ross and Norma Troyer on June 29, 1944. Her early family life was shared with three siblings - Ric, Scott, and Robin Troyer. She later became a kind and loving mother to Kimberlee Baldwin and Case Johnson, grandmother to Zack, Nichole, and Seth Baldwin, and great-grandmother to Wyatt Baldwin.
Pat will always be remembered and cherished for living her truth. She cared deeply for the Earth and all God’s creatures living on it. She was known for lovingly attending to every animal she encountered, including the raccoons that lived on her property, the throngs of hummingbirds she fed daily, and a cat that seemed to think Pat was the only human to be trusted. She tended to her garden and enjoyed the simplicity of country life. She was also an avid recycler, believing it was a shame to throw out anything that could be recycled or repurposed.
Pat adored her family and they adored her. She was loved for her sharp wit, dry sense of humor, and ability to make anyone feel at home and at ease in her presence. Her laughter was genuine and her spirit bright. Pat’s family intends to honor her life each and every day by living her examples of truth, love, and compassion.
