Pauline Margaret Flock's Obituary
A funeral Service will be held, Friday, April 29th at 1:00 PM, at Columbia Funeral Home. Pauline passed away April 24th in Longview, Washington. She was 91 years of age.
Committal service and vault interment at Columbia Memorial Gardens.
Pauline was born February 20, 1920 at Rolla, Missouri to Phillip and Clara Margaret Simmon Bierck. She was the youngest of eight children. She moved from Toppenish, Washington to St. Helens in 1969.
Pauline married Willard Calvin Flock in May 7, 1944 in Kelso, Washington. She worked as a waitress, caregiver, in a laundry mat, housekeeper at the Village Inn, the Candle Factory and at Westco Boot Company in Scappoose. Her husband was the Oregon State Parks Supervisor and they traveled together for awhile. She enjoyed camping, tending roses and raising Collies and Shelties.
Pauline is survived by her son Richard Flock of Brightwood, Oregon, granddaughters; Jacinda Fleton of Cathlamet, Washington, Dusty Flock of Scappoose, Great Grandchildren; Saebra Bolton, Shelby Felton and Tawny Felton, sisters Olive Stockdale of Longview, Washington and Elizabeth Guisinger of Redmond, Oregon.
She was preceded in death by her husband in 1977 and granddaughter Lucinda in 1978.
