Pearl Helena Gray's Obituary
Pearl Helena Gray was born on April 29, 1918 in Stevenson, Minnesota to Chish & Maren Alson Christenson.
She died at Ray Hickey House in Vancouver, WA. on April 13, 2010 at the age of 91.
Pearl was educated in Minnesota, she married Donald Gray on December 11, 1948 in Moorehead, Minnesota. The later moved with her the family to Utah. In 1970 they moved to Myrtle Creek, OR. where she lived until moving to Deer Island 10 years ago.
She worked for a V.A. foster home in Roseburg for many years then moved on to a senior companion in Reedsport until she retired in 1991.
Pearl was raised in the Baptist denomination and she loved to be with her grandkids, she loved to bake especially birthday cakes for the grandkids and making ceramics.
Survivors include: 10 children: Curtis Lindholm of Orlando, FL.; Donna Reed of Forsythe, Missouri; Peggy Dudley-USN; Kathy Rollins in GA.; Don Gray of Riddle, OR.; Art Gray of Tillamook; Bonnie Boom of Scappoose; Keith Gray of Myrtle Creek; Diane Vitenhiemer of Toppenish, WA.; Dale Gray of Deer Island, OR.; Sister: Sylvia Peterson of S. Dakota; Numerous Grandchildren, great grandchildren & great-great grandchildren.
Celebration Of Life: Sunday, April 25, 2010 at 2:00 PM at Daughter: Bonnie Boom's home in Scappoose; 52188 Eggleston Ln.
Private vault interment: Roseburg National Cemetery, Roseberg, OR.
