Perry M. Olson's Obituary
Perry M. Olson was born on January 20, 1014 in Houlton, Oregon to Oscar & Kitty Usher Olson.
He died at his home in St. Helens on April 17, 2008 at the age of 94.
Perry attended McBride school in St. Helens and lived in St. Helens all of his life.
He married Estella Olson on June 18, 1938 in Vancouver, WA.
Perry worked at the creosote plant until his father died there in an accident he went on to be a self-employed logger of Olson Logging Company.
His interests included going to breakfast with his son and Burgerville coffee.
Survivors include: Wife: Estella Olson; Children: Janet Tobin, Sharon Oliver, Larry Olson; Brother: Jack Olson; Friend: Elizabeth Davis; 8 grandchildren: Eric Olson, Candy Reagan, Rob Reichelt, Michelle Lane, Corey Oliver, Julie Sandstrom, Mike Miller, Michelle Smith; 13 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; numerous nieces & nephews; preceded in death by parents: 2 brothers: Delmar & Merton, 2 sisters: Dorothy Haun & Pearl Olson.
Celebration of Life: Saturday, April 26, 2008 at 11:00 AM at Yankton Community Fellowship Church.
Private vault interment: Columbia Memorial Gardens Cemetery-Scappoose.
