Randy D. Holbert was born on July 18, 1956 in Tacoma, WA. to Merle & Daisy Raxter Holbert.
He died at his home in Scappoose on June 22, 2009 at the age of 52.
He attended and graduated from Roosevelt High School in 1974. He lived here for 50 years.
He worked as a detailer at Dan's Auto Body in Scappoose.
Survivors include: Children: Shanda Holbert, Cory Holbert; Mother & Father: Daisy Hackenberg of Salem; Danny Hackenberg of Scappoose; Brothers: Darrell Holbert and Danny Hackenberg of Scappoose, OR.
Celebration of Life: Monday, June 29, 2009 at 2:00PM at Columbia Funeral Home.
