Raymond C. Beer was born on April 16, 1948 in Portland, Oregon to Harold & Betsy Paulson Beer.
He died at his home in Scappoose on August 12, 2007 at the age of 59.
He attended Roosevelt High School in Portland and worked as a boiler maker for a number of years. In the 1980's he started investing in real estate.
He moved to Scappoose in 1972 until present.
Survivors include: Companion: Anna Kodama of Scappoose; 3 sisters: Rosalie Randall of Beaverton, OR.; Frances Swett of Kelso, WA.; Claris Evans of Damascus, OR.; 5 nieces & 1 nephew.
