Raymond Lee Willard's Obituary
Raymond Lee Willard was born on August 16, 1951 in Portland, Oregon to Ray B. & Elizabeth Ann Dunn Willard.
He died at his home in Scappoose, Oregon on May 4, 2009 at the age of 57.
Raymond attended and graduated from St. Helens High School in 1969. He has lived all of his life in the area.
He married Terrea Lea Phelan in 1970, she preceded him in death in 1995. In 2001 her married Virginia Nims.
Raymond was a christian and a past member of the Elks and Eagle lodges. He enjoyed golfing, hunting, fishing and playing pool.
Survivors include: Stepmother: Carole Willard of Tacoma, WA.; Wife: Virginia Willard of Scappoose; Children: James & Keri Willard both of St. Helens; Stacy Willard of San Francisco, CA.; Laura Bonds of Warren; Tanya Atkinson of Scappoose; Siblings: Michael Willard of Battleground, WA.; Gary & Roger Willard of Vancouver, WA.; Charity Willard-Sturgeon of Portland; 12 grandchildren.
Graveside service & interment: Columbia Memorial Gardens-Scappoose, Oregon on Saturday, May 9, 2009 at 11:00 AM.
