Rebecca Hammond Wulf's Obituary
Rebecca Hammond Wulf was a loving, caring wife, mother, bonus mother, sister, aunt, grandmother, and even recently, a great-grandmother. She passed in her home in Columbia City, Oregon on October 23, 2023, at the young age of 65 after a long battle with an illness, but her life will live on through all who loved her.
Rebecca was born on April 5, 1958, and was adopted with her brother Steve Hammond by Marie Lou Hammond and Burke Edwin. Rebecca studied General Education in college with art and music being her passion. She had a talent for style and creativity.
Rebecca met her husband Raymond Wulf in the winter of 1988 at her job where she waitressed. They had six kids between the two of them. They later went on to get married and Rebecca became a great bonus mom to Raymond’s kids. They settled in Columbia City, Oregon.
Rebecca touched so many peoples’ hearts with her spiritual gift of love and giving. She always had a shoulder to lean on if anyone needed her in any way. She was a great mentor to many youths over the years, always wanting people to live their life with love for people. She will be greatly missed but never forgotten. Her love will live on forever in those who were left behind.
Rebecca is survived by her husband Raymond Wulf; brother Steve Hammond; children Elisha Willaby, Jamie Bullard (David), Kimberly Edmunds (Jesse), Brandon Wulf (Charity), and Jerimiah Wulf (Richard); grandchildren Caden, Liam, Amari, Trystin, Connor, Jordan, Alyvia, Jesse, Braden, Alexander, Brianne, Josalynn, and Wyatt; a great-grandson, Ray; her loving dog Finn; and many more who loved her!
Those who passed on before her are her parents and her son Israel.
We will celebrate her beautiful life on January 20, 2024, at 11:00 am at Columbia River Foursquare Church in St. Helens, Oregon. Please feel free to come celebrate Rebecca’s life with all who loved her. There will be light food and drinks after.
In lieu of flowers, her family would love it if people would donate to research for calciphylaxis disease.
