Rekka M. Rea's Obituary
Reeka "Ricky" M. Rea was born on April 1, 1909 in Hawarden, Iowa to William & Rekka Dirks Busch.
She died at a Portland hospital on April 24, 2007 at the age of 98.
She attended school in Souix Falls S. Dakota and moved from there to Portland in 1942, she lived in the St. Johns area prior to moving to Scappoose in 1986.
She was married to Otto Rea from '42 to '57 when they divorced; she had a companion for 36 yrs; Gordon Larsen; he preceded her in death in 1996.
She woked for J.J. Newberry for 12 years until she had an on the job injury, she retired in 1973.
She was a member of the St. Johns Lutheran Church. She enjoyed crafts, knitting and crotcheting.
Survivors include: Daughter: Roberta Hicks of Scappoose; 4 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; she was preceded in death by a daughter Donna McQuary in 1985.
