Richard Glenn Hald's Obituary
Richard "Rick" G. Hald was born on February 2, 1947 in St. Helens, Oregon to Richard R. & Edna R. Brannan Hald.
He died at a Portland hospital on September 4, 2009 at the age of 62. He worked for Boise in the paper test lab, retiring in 2006.
Rick attended and graduated from St. Helens High School in 1965.
He lived all of his life in St. Helens with the exception of when he was in the National Guard.
Rick was a member of the St. Helens Elks Lodge and early on the St. Helen Yacht Club.
His enjoyments included: Boating, clam digging, car racing and classic cars.
Survivors include his mother: Edna Hald of St. Helens and numerous nieces & nephews.
Funeral service: Tuesday, September 8, 2009 at 2:00 PM at Columbia Funeral Home
Private vault interment: Bethany Memorial Cemetery-Warren, OR.
