Richard Leo Reed was born on January 1, 1957 in Roseburg, Oregon to Henry & Rae Rowland Reed.
He died at his home in Scappoose on July 22, 2009 at the age of 52.
He was educated and graduated from McKenzie High School in 1975.
Met and married Lori in Eugene, Oregon on August 6, 1977.
He was raised in the Catholic demomination.
Survivors include: Wife: Lori, 3 daughters: Kelli, Tracy & Carley all of Scappoose; 2 sisters: Tresa & Anita; 2 brothers: Roland & Don.
