Richard Leo Reed of Scappoose died July 22, 2009 at his home. He was 52.
Mr. Reed was born January 1, 1957, in Roseburg, Oregon to Henry and Rae Rowland Reed.
Raised Catholic, he graduated from McKenzie High School in 1975.
On August 6, 1977, he married Lori in Eugene.
He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Lori, and daughters, Kelli, Tracy, and Carley all of Scappoose; sisters, Tresa and Anita; and brothers, Roland and Don.
A private family service was held.
