Robert G. Lawson was born on December 21, 1948 in Los Angeles, CA. to Tom & Jane Shields Lawson.
He died on November 23, 2005 in a Portland hospital at the age of 56.
He was educated in California and drafted into the Navy, serving from 1968-1974.
He has lived in the area since 1975.
He married Alma in Las Vegas, NV. on August 17, 1995.
He had Friends Plumbing in St. Helens from '76 until 2000. From 2000 to present he was a salesman for Mesher Plumbing Supply.
He enjoyed movies and golfing.
Survivors include: Wife: Alma of St. Helens; Children: Tiffany Lawson of Bellevue, WA.; Christian Lawson of Woodbey Island, WA.; Stacy Douglas of Albany, OR.; Melissa White of St. Helens: Sisters: Jane Hein of Valencia, CA.; Sara Parkin of Longview, WA.; 4 grandchildren.
Funeral Service: Tuesday, November 29, 2005 at 10:00 AM at Columbia Funeral Home-St. Helens
Private interment: Willamette National Cemetery-Portland, OR.
