Rocky Todd Walker II was born on June 15, 1988 in Fontana, California to Rocky T. & Dorena Watkins Walker.
He died at a Portland hospital from complications of a car/pedestrian accident on Hwy. 30/Wickstrom Rd.-Scappoose on March 14, 2007 at the age of 18.
They moved from California to St. Helens 7 years ago. He attended school at St. Helens Hi School, the class of 2006.
His interests included: Artistry, sketches, a self-taught guitarist, he was a great friend to everyone, life of the party, loved family and lived life to the fullest.
Survivors include: Mother & Step Father to be: Dorena Watkins & Chris Plumer of Scappoose; Rocky Walker I of Hisperia, CA.; Siblings: Misty Cobald of Mentone, CA.; Ryan Heeney in the Navy in Virginia; Nikki & Corina Walker of Scappoose; Grandmother: LeeAnne Minor of Grants Pass, OR.; Grandfather: Lewis Watkins of Scappoose.
