Tuffy was my neighbor as a child. He was always kind. He even gave my cousins a puppy when his little dog (possibly Chihuahua) had pups. He loved his truck. He would light up when he saw me or my mom. Though I do think he confused me with my mom from time to time. I think of him often. I am so sorry to see this, but glad to know he is at peace.
