Ronald E. Symonds' Obituary
Ronald (Ron) Eugene Symonds, 79, passed away March 3rd, 2014, at home.
He was born June 6th, 1934, in Sedro Woolley, WA, to Henry and Margret "Grace" Symonds. Ron graduated from Sultan High School in 1953.
Ron was a Mill Maintenance Carpenter and retired from Weyerhaeuser Longview in 1996.
Ron was an avid wood worker, a do-it-yourselfer, and enjoyed making things for his extended family. All of his family members have had house projects done by Ron.
He is survived by his wife, Linda (Czmowski) Symonds; Brothers and spouses: Bill and Darlene Symonds, Duane and Roberta Symonds; Children and spouses: Vickie and Chuck Evans, Bob and Kristine Symonds, Doug Symonds and Steve Santose; Grandchildren and spouses: Justin and Nancy Evans, Roxanne and Cale Millberry; Great Grandchildren: Aurora Millberry and Molly Evans;
Brother-in-law: Dick Czmowski;
as well as many nieces and nephews
A family celebration of Ron's life is planned.
The family would like to thank the Kaiser Sunnyside Nursing staff, and the Community Home Health Hospice of Cowlitz County for their assistance and compassion.
