Rose E. Ebert's Obituary
Rose E. Ebert was born on May 31, 1932 in St. Helens, Oregon to William & Edna Brown Barr.
She died at a Longview Hospice Care Center on June 15, 2006 at the age of 74.
She moved to St. Helens in 1964.
She attended and graduated from St. Helens High School as salutatorian in 1950. She attended Emanuel School of Nursing and graduated in 1953.
She went on to work as a nurse at Emanuel Hospital and Columbia Hospital here in St. Helens. She took a nursing job with Becktal Corporation where she worked and traveled in different areas, retiring in the late 1980's.
She moved back to St. Helens in 1992 living here until present.
She was a member of First Christian Church in St. Helens. She collected dolls, sewed and in her retirement she enjoyed fishing.
Survivors include: 3 Sons: Paul & Mark of St. Helens; Leland of Warren; Brother: Jim Brock of St. Helens; 2 grandchildren; Numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her other siblings, Edith, Bill and Mary.
Service of Remembrance: Saturday, June 24, 2006 at at First Christian Church.
