Royce V Gilstrap was born in Portland, Oregon on August 1st, 1962 to Richard Alfred and Bertha Louise Allensworth Gilstrap, the youngest of six children. He passed away on January 21st, 2011 in Florida at the age of 48.
After Graduating from Scappoose High School he joined the United States Navy then made his permanent residence in Florida. He owned and managed multiple electronic businesses throughout his life, but his passion was for being a pilot and flight instructor.
He is survived by his Parents: Mr. and Mrs. Gilstrap of Scappoose, Siblings: Glenn Edmonds of Benton City, WA, Sherrie Fehn of Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, Zaneta Lain of St. Helens, Richard Gilstrap of Scappoose, and Ray Gilstrap of Portland, OR.
