Russell Spencer Foulke's Obituary
Russell Spencer Foulke was born on April 11, 1937 in Portland, Oregon to Russell M. & Ruth H. Vrooman Foulke.
He died at his home in Warren on April 6, 2011 at the age of 73.
Russell attended and graduated Klamath Union High School in 1956.
He married Margaret Heppner on July 15, 1966 in Portland, Oregon and they moved to Warren in 1994 until present.
Russell worked for Frieghtliner from 1963 unitl 1993 when he was disabled from a stroke.
They were members of Columbia Presbyterian Church, where he was an elder. He was a precinct member and Union 1005 Machinist for 25 years. His enjoyments included motorcyles, reading and swimming.
Survivors include: Wife: Margaret Foulke; Son Jim both of Warren; Daughter: Janet Elford of Spokane, WA.; Siblings: Paul Foulke of Portland; Jewel Skonnard of Arizona; Grandchildren: 3
