Sandra J. Blair was born on August 3, 1960 in Portland, Oregon to Harry & Lorene Latimer Sieler.
She died on April 27, 2004 at her home in St. Helens, OR. at the age of 43.
She attended schools in Portland for a couple of years then they moved to Sandy where she completed her schooling.
She lived Portland for a number of years and in Heppner, OR. until moving to St. Helens in 2000.
She worked at Columbia Co. Mental Health for the last year as a janitor, also at Burgerville, but mostly as a homemaker.
She enjoyed reading the bible, music, watching T.V. her family and children.

Johnson of Nampa, ID.; Children: Natasha & Stephanie Hamblen of St. Helens, OR.; Harry & John Blair of Cottage Grove, OR.; Melanie Hamblen of Tillamook, OR.; Siblings: Linda Kenny of Heppner, OR.; Ron Sieler of Gladstone, OR.; Gary Sieler of Wilsonville, OR.; Her father: Harry Sieler preceded her in death.

Funeral Service: Monday, May 3, 2004 at 11:00 AM at Sunset Park Community Church-St. Helens.
Committal Service & Vault interment: Amity Cemetery-Amity, OR.
