Sandra “Sandi” Lee Morilon

Sandra Lee Morilon passed away in Portland, Oregon on February 13, 2017.
Sandi was born on December 18, 1940 to Margie Mae Loe, and Norman Lanier in St. Helens, Oregon. Sandi was the eldest of five children.
She married Jack Dorie and together they had three children, Scott, Traci and Jeff. Later they divorced, and she met and married the love of her life, Lowell Morilon. They would have been married 47 years in May.
Sandi worked for Columbia City Hall as a book keeper for several years, until she retired due to health issues. Sandi loved knitting and crocheting, going on car rides, even if it was just for a cup of coffee, but most of all she loved spending time with her family.
Sandi was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers Jim Matteson and Shane Wiensz. Sandi is survived by her husband Lowell Morilon, her sons, Scott Dorie of St. Helens, Jeff Dorie of Portland, daughter Traci Harrington of Scappoose, her step-son Donny Morilon of St. Helens, her Uncle Mike Bair and Aunt Betty McDonald. She leaves behind several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She will be missed by all.
There will be a service for Sandi on February 27th at 1:00pm at Columbia Funeral Home with a reception to follow at Nazarene Church located in St. Helens.
