Sandra was born on August 18, 1946 in Marlow, Oklahoma. She passed away on October 2, 2017 in Portland, Oregon.
She is survived by her brothers Jim Smith, Phil Smith, Mike Williams and her sister Pamela Williams- Short, daughter Tina Hall and sons Jim Kees and Jeffrey Pentecost. Her grandchildren Janna Allen, Jacy Nelson, AJ Hall, Courtney Kees, Paige Kees and Scout Pentecost along with her great grandchildren, Presley Allen, Ayden Allen, Rylee Allen and Quinn Nelson, and a ton more of our close-knit family that she loves dearly.
She is preceded in death by her parents James Smith and Louise Artherholt. Brother Ron Smith and sister Linda Maness and son Schad Kees.
