Shaun Mitchell Wilson's Obituary
Shaun was born September 30, 1995 in Portland, Oregon to Douglas John Wilson and Rustina Rae Owenby. He was the youngest of 3 sons. He attended Fir Grove Grade School in Vancouver, Washington and was looking forward to attending David Douglas High School in the fall. He moved to Vancouver when he was 5 years old and moved back to Portland in May of this year.
Shaun was a very talented and carefree young man. He was an avid skateboarder, loved listening to music and playing his guitar. He enjoyed tinkering, taking MANY things apart and then trying to put them back together. Shaun was also very creative. He wrote his own stories; composed his own guitar music; and liked re-forming movie and book endings.
Shaun is survived by his parents, both of Portland; brothers, Joshua Baxter serving in the US Marine Corps, and Paul Baxter of Portland; grandparents: Patsy Fawver of Portland, Gayle and Todd Wasser of Washougal, Washington; and Michael and Betsy Owenby of Milwaukie, Oregon; numerous aunts and uncles and many friends.
