Sheena Maria Hlavinka was born on August 8, 1983 in Portland, Oregon to Gregory & Daleesa Derrick Hlavinka.
She died at a friends residence in Aloha, Oregon on October 28, 2008 at the age of 25.
She lived in the St. Johns area all of her life and was a member of the Pump Church of Christ. She was currently persuing her college education.

Hlavinka; of Portland; Maternal Grandfather: Dalton Derrick of Portland; Maternal Grandmother: Norma Grossen of Indian Valley, Idaho; Paternal Grandmother: Lorraine Hlavinka of St. Helens; Sons: Isaiha Artiarga-Hlavinka, Alexander Hlavinka; Siblings: Desiree Hlavinka of Portland; Georiko Cross of Houston, TX.; 2 nieces, 1 nephew.
Service: Tuesday, November 4, 2008 at 2:00 PM at Columbia Funeral Home-St. Helens
Committal service & vault interment: Columbia Memorial Gardens-Scappoose, OR.
