Shirley Louise Andone's Obituary
Shirley Louise Andone, a remarkable woman whose life was defined by love, kindness, and resilience, passed away peacefully on December 9, 2024, at the age of 90. Born on October 3, 1934, in Attleboro, Massachusetts, to Roy and Irene (Shurtleff) Randell, Shirley radiated warmth and joy, touching the lives of all who knew her.
Shirley’s love for her family was unconditional, and her home was a sanctuary where everyone felt welcome and cherished. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose wisdom and grace guided her family for generations.
Shirley is survived by her loving husband of 67 years, Ted; her daughter, Debra, and son-in-law Brad; her son, Roy, and daughter-in-law, Sandy; her son, Michael, and daughter-in-law, Connie; and her son, Scott, and daughter-in-law, Dawn. She was the proud grandmother of Jennifer, Jessica, Amber, Ashley, Bob, Jesse, Theo, and Katie, as well as the great-grandmother of 14 beloved great-grandchildren.
In addition to her devotion to family, Shirley found joy in tending to her garden, volunteering in her community, and spending time with loved ones. Her resilience, courage, and gratitude were evident in every aspect of her life, making her a role model for all who knew her.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 1, 2025, at 12:00 PM at Columbia Funeral Home in St. Helens, Oregon.
Shirley will be deeply missed, but her spirit will live on in the hearts of those who were blessed to know her.
