Terri made a tremendous impact on many people’s lives inside and outside the walls of aging and disability. She was a wonderful advocate for her clients by providing them an empowering voice and continuously pushing to reshape social services to cover their needs. She was a human services guru to her colleagues and would help them out in a heart beat without any judgement. Her beautiful smile and big heart will be greatly missed. The office will never be the same without her.
