Terrie Faye Mowe was born on August 22, 1947 in Portland, OR. to Russell & Avanell Strawn Kelsey.
She died at a hospice care center in Vancouver, WA. on May 26, 2006 at the age of 58.
She was educated and graduated from David Douglas Hi School in 1965.
She lived in Arkanas for 10 years, returning to Portland area in 1982 until present.
She worked as a customer service representative for Stream International for 2 1/2 years.
Survivors include: Father: R.S. Kelsey of Tigard, OR.; Daughters: Tamara Mowe of Hillsboro, Dayna Albrecht of Vancouver, WA.; Brother: Larry Kelsey of Portland
3 grandchildren.
