Linda Tudor
My name is Linda Tudor and I worked with your Mom at South Junior High in Grants Pass in the early 70’s.
Theresa was one of our office managers at the school. Her personality was seen daily by all of us who passed through the office, which was many times a day. She was always upbeat, had a smile, even though her job was stressful, dealing with the school staff, students and parents. She set the tone of the school with positivity.
Theresa will always be remembered by her smile, her large “bigger than life” personality and her willingness to help or comfort those who she worked with. Theresa also responded in a kind, loving and very professional manner to the parents that came into the office with their many concerns. She was the first contact parents had when entered the office, and let me say she was the best at handling all the different situations that were brought in by the parents. Not an easy task, but Theresa did a wonderful job, remaining calm and directing parents to the correct person that could handle the problem.
We were a family at South Junior High and Theresa was a very important part of the family. We all shared the frustrations, joys, and difficulties of everyday living and working together. As in all families there are some who create problems, but not Theresa. She set the tone of welcome into our office. All people were treated with respect, and dignity no matter the request or how insignificant the question was.
Theresa will always be remembered for her smile, personality, compassion and the joy she brought to all of us.
I know your loss is great but I am thankful that Theresa was in my life.
I am thinking of you and your family during this difficult time, and my hope is that someday all of the wonderful memories you have of your Mom will bring all of you peace.
