I met Tim while a building inspector in Columbia County. He was a true professional and a very nice human being. I learned many valuable life lessons from him but I never got the opportunity to acknowledge them to him.
To his family, I can only offer my deepest condolences and let you know that if there is anything I can do for you, it would be my honor.
I just found out about Tim's passing today 11/13/12.
I like all who knew him have indeed lost someone very special.

We were blessed to have visited with Tim recently at the office on Saturday July 15th as he sealed the beautiful sidewalk he put in. When a customer would comment on the sidewalk we would brag about him and hand out a business card. When we first met him he did business on a hand shake, we knew he was the man for the job. He had good work ethics, was good natured and his work was one of a kind. We enjoyed Tim as a contractor and friend as we’d listen to his hunting stories. His smile was one of a kind, and he was old fashion with good family morals that many have left behind. He showed a strong love for his family.
Our condolences to the family as they work to move forward from the loss of their loved one.

We have so many fond memories shared with Tim and Rita. Our date nights at Home Depot. We were devastated to hear of Tim's passing. Our hearts, prayers and thoughts go to his family. Just heard today and I am sad to hear that Tim has passed away.
There wasn't a harder working, proud conservative, funny, big hearted man ever. He shared allot of who he was in every contact I had with Tim. He's emails will be missed. He will live on in my memories as well as in the great concrete projects he did for many past clients for years to come. I smile when thinking of all his upbeat, humorous, positive approach he had every day I had the pleasure to share.
He will be greatly missed and impossible to replace.
His memory lives on with all of us.
