Tracey Earl Koch was born on February 23, 1973 in Portland, Oregon to Jerry & Nancy Steward Koch.
He died on June 21, 2006 in Scappoose, OR. at the age of 33.
He lived in the area most of his life and he attended school in Yankton and St. Helens Hi.
He did work for the Forestry Dept. as a fire fighter for a short time.
Survivors include: Parents: Nancy Steward of St. Helens: Jerry Koch of Scappoose; Maternal Grandfather: Raymond Steward of Yankton; Brother: Kerry Steward of Columbia City, OR.; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
