Troy Franklin Mullins' Obituary
Troy Franklin Mullins, 64 of St. Helens was born January 4, 1942 in Norman, Arkansas, the son of Fletcher and Mollie Mullins. He died July 23, 2006 in St. Helnes. He attended schools in Arkansas, CA, TX, and Oregon. He was a member of the St. Helens Moose Lodge. He was married January 25, 1960 in Dardinell, Arkansas to Viva June Mullins. He was a bleach plant operator for Boise Cascade for 37 years, retiring on March 16, 2003. He loved golf, music, camping, sightseeing and spending time with his family and at the Moose Lodge. He was preceded in death by his father, mother and brother, James Mullins. Survivors include, his wife Viva June Mullins of St. Helens, His children, Troy Randall Mullins, Stanley Mullins, Kandus Flores and Jana Brecht all of St. Helens, His siblings, Charles Mullins of Hope, Arkansas, Jerry Mullins of Quartsite, AZ, Kenneth Mullins of Kirby, Arkansas, Sharon Stapp of Belare, Ohio and Linda Tedder of Kirby, Arkansas. Services will be July 29, 2006 at the St. Helens Moose Lodge at 1:00 PM with contributions to the Moose Lodge or Church of choice.
