Valerie K. Thompson was born on August 13, 1961 in St. Helens, Oregon to Richard & Rosella Housley Thompson.
She died at a Portland hospital on February 1, 2009 at the age of 47.
She attended Rainier High School and was a longtime resident of Goble, OR.
She was working at Meadow Park Nursing Home as a dietary aide.
Survivors include: Parents of Goble; Siblings: Melody Osterman; Richard Thompson both of Goble; Andrea Thompson of Rainier; Children: Lois Olivas of Carlsbad, N. Mexico; Tiffany Littlejohn of Goble; Jonathan Littlejohn of Wichita, KS.; 1 grandchild-Javier Isaiah Olivas of Carlsbad, N. Mexico.
Memorial service: Saturday, February 7, 2009 at 1:00 PM at Beaver Homes Grange Hall-Goble, OR.
