Vena Fanny Thompson's Obituary
Vena F. Thompson was born on February 6, 1913 in Buhl, Idaho to Joseph & Nancy King Quinn.
She died at her daughters home in Vancouver, WA. on February 22, 2005 at the age of 92.
She moved to St. Helens 65 years ago from Buhl, Idaho and has lived here since.
She married Herbert Thompson in St. Helens on ,he preceded her in death on January 20, 1990.
She worked at Tektonix as an assembler for 20 years, retiring in 1985.
Her enjoyments included gardening, camping, the beach, clam digging.
Survived by Children: Charles Thompson of Buckeye, AZ.; Delbert larson of Rainier, OR.; Eva Rushing of Vancouver, WA.; Linda Hutson of Aloha, OR.; Donna Riggs of Warren, OR.; Siblings: Pearl McAllister of St. Helens; Anna mae Miller of Albany, OR.; Eva Garrett of Hermiston, OR; Sylvia Freeman of Wilsonville, OR.; Joe Quinn of Canyonville, OR.; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren; great-great grandchildren.
Graveside service & vault interment: Columbia Memorial Gardens Cemetery-Scappoose, OR.
