Victor Bergen's Obituary
Victor Bergen passed away 1/28/08. Born 11/23/1916 in Herbert, Saskatchwean, Canada to a family of 8 children, his family emigrated to the US when he was two. During the depression he worked odd jobs in the building, farming and lumber trades, finally settling as a lumber restacker at Nicolai Door, from which he retired in the 1970's. Victor was married three times, the last was a keeper at nearly 40 years. He had two children, three stepchildren, 13 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter. He was a good man and loved the Lord. He is survived by his loving wife Florence Bergen of St. Helens, Oregon, his daughter Vicki Hopmann and stepdaughters Suzann Lemire & Maartha Bing. His fondest hopes were to see all of you in heaven. A memorial Service will be held at the Scappoose Adventist Church 2/9/08 at 11:15 AM as part of the church service.
