Victoria M. Lomnicky's Obituary
Victoria M. Lomnicky was born on November 1, 1914 in East Bernard, TX. to Mat & Josephine Hlavinka Hobizal.
She died at her home in Scappoose on February 23, 2006 at the age of 91.
She came to Scappoose from East Bernard, TX. in 1919 living here all of her life.
She married Wendel at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church on June 10, 1934. She was a homemaker, a member of the church, on the Alter Society, Catholic Daughters and Home Extension. Her hobbies included gardening, cooking and traveling.
Survivors include Children: Wendel Lomnicky Aneheim, CA.; Marilyn Zurita of Irving, TX.; Tom, James and Stanley Lomnicky, Diane Harrington all of Scappoose; Carol Jones of St. Helens; Siblings: John & Frank Hobizal, Mary Mares all of Scappoose, OR.; 18 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren.
Recitation of the Rosary: 10:30AM
Mass of Christian Burial: 11:00AM Saturday, March 4, 2006 both at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church-Scappoose.
Committal service & interment: St. Wenceslaus Catholic Cemetery-Scappoose, OR.
