August 24, 1927 ~ July 2, 2017
Virginia F Downing, 89, of St. Helens, Oregon joined her husband Jack on July 2, 2017. Virginia left behind daughter Yvonne and son Dale along with grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be remembered for her love of travel. She was an active member with the St. Helens Yacht Club, Coast Guard Auxiliary, and the Methodist Church.
All who knew Virginia are welcome to celebrate her life at the Methodist Church.
Celebration will begin at 11:00 Am with a light lunch and a Celebration of Life to at 1:00 PM on Friday, July 28, 2017.
