Virginia J. Petersen was born on September 1, 1930 in Portland, OR. to Bus & Marty Slinging Palin.
She died at a Longview, WA. hospice care center on November 30, 2005 at the age of 75.
She attended schools in Portland, living there, Hermiston, OR. and to Scappoose in '62 until present.
She marrie Lawrence in Portland in May of '46, he preceded her in death on 11/28/84.
She was raised in the Baptist denomination. She enjoyed toll painting, arts & crafts, sewing and doll making.
Survivors include: Children: Kathy, Larry, Gary, Keith
Petersen; all of Scappoose, OR.; Brother: Glen Palin; 6 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by son Terry in '03.
Graveside Service & Vault interment: Wed. 12/7/05 at 2:00 PM at Columbia Memorial Gardens-Scappoose, OR.
