Virginia M. Kierznowski was born on October 31, 1923 in Clinton, Iowa to Charles & Wilda McCoy Ennis.
She died at her home in Scappoose, Oregon on July 18, 2009 at the age of 85.
She married Gregory Kierznowski in 1941 in Missouri, they moved to Portland in 1954 from Chicago, Illinois and on to Scappoose for the past 33 years. He preceded her in death on 2/22/1997.
She worked as a sales associate for Montgomery Wards.
Member of St. Wenseslaus Catholic Church in Scappoose.
Survivors include: Daughters: Kathleen Kierznowski of Scappoose, OR.; Roxanne Hugo of Popka, Florida; Sister: Delores Barney of Seattle, WA.; 2 grandchildren: Gregory Hugo of Popka, FL.; Amanda Hugo of Cabot, Arkansas.
Funeral Mass: Saturday, July 25, 2009 at 10:00 AM at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church-Scappoose, OR.
Private interment: Willamette National Cemetery-Portland, Oregon
