Virginia Mae Parashos was born on September 25, 1918 in Vancouver, WA. To Ralph & Lovie Brady Haines.
She died at a St. Helens nursing home on March 13, 2012 at the age of 93.
Virginia was educated in Seattle and Portland, she lived her adult life in the Portland area and in St. Helens a short time to be closer to her son.
She worked as a bookkeeper for Specialty Auto Glass and a hostess and cashier at a restaurant.
Early on she was active in the PTA and she taught ceramics.
Survivors include her son: William Parashos of St. Helens; 2 granddaughters, 5 great-grandchildren. She was also an only child.
