Jeff Jenkins
I remember visiting Walt's home as a young man when my sister was dating their son Scott, who is now my brother in law. From the sidelines I was able to see the transitions he went through in his later life (some very hard) and the history that he created on "The Hill". Most notably (to me) worked for the county, he logged and was a master wood craftsman making some very beautiful boxes bowls (myrtle wood i think) a few times I was privileged to talk with Walt throughout his life and always noted a calm soft spoken presence. I'm sorry I didn't visit him more. I truly believe he is with God!
