Billie was such a warming and caring person, I remember growing up near Billie and Russell and how nice they always were to all the neighborhood kids, always let us pick off the Grape Arbor when we rode our bikes or walked past their home. So sorry to see that Billie has passed away. She and Russell used to come into Burgerville and have coffee and muffins. And when Russell couldn't move around as well, Billie would come in get the coffee and muffin and they would sit in the parking lot and enjoy it.
