Ron Matshes
Our sincerest sympathies to Laurie, Jane and families on the passing of your beloved father, partner, grandfather and great-grandfather. Uncle Bill has held a very special place in our family's heart throughout our lives. My mother used to affectionately call him "brother Willie" and opened her home to him whenever he came to visit in Canada buying cattle. During our visit to Portland in August 2017, it was such a pleasure to visit with him and see him so active and full of life. We have fond memories of Uncle Bill, Jane, Laurie and Randy from over the years. His work has been finally completed. May he rest in peace. His memory will be a blessing.
