William (Billy) Fredrick Kammer's Obituary
William (Billy) Fredrick Kammer was born December 17, 1955 in Vancouver, WA to Ray and Amanda Kammer. Billy passed away at the age of 65 on February 25, 2021 after a long fight with oral cancer. Billy attended Scappoose High School where he enjoyed playing multiple sports. Billy lived most of his life in Columbia County and enjoyed working in the yard, hunting and helping his family. Billy is preceded in death by his father Ray R. Kammer Sr. and his sister, Marie E. Hurley. Billy is survived by his mother Amanda Borland, brother Ray (Jan) Kammer Jr., 2 sisters Amanda (Wayne) Martin and Patricia (John) Lovaas and many nieces and nephews. No funeral is planned. Billy’s final resting place is at Columbia Memorial Gardens in Scappoose, OR in the cremation niche wall.
