William F. Windsor's Obituary
William F. Windsor was born on September 1, 1974 in Portland, Oregon to Richard & Linda Lepin Windsor.
He died at his home in St. Helens on June 3, 2008 at the age of 33.
He was raised in Aloha until 1991, when he moved to the Yankton area of St. Helens. He was a construction worker.
Survivors include: Parents: Richard & Linda Windsor of St. Helens; Sister & Brother-in-law: Michelle & Gary Rutledge; Nephew: Ryan; Niece: Katie due later this month both of Oregon City. Preceded in death by grandparents: Clyde & Beryl Jean Lepin & William & Marie Windsor.
