I had the pleasure of knowing Dennis most of my life, we grew up in the same neighborhood, rode the bus to school everyday, attended neighborhood birthday parties together as children, and were both in Band from Honor Band thru High school and graduated High School Class of 1976 together. I have seen him a few times over the years and his smile was always present and he always enjoyed sharing stories of his life with Sally and his son, he was a good man and my thoughts and prayers are with his family during this time. Dennis was my friend and my husbands cousin. He was one of the happiest guys I knew. Dennis was the one I would call for all my computer problems which were many as I typically did not know what I was doing. God must have needed your help. Dennis was totally opposite of Sally but they were so perfect together. Dennis and Sally raised a wonderful son. I feel I was one of the lucky ones that got to know you!!! Sally, Pat and family -- I am at a loss for words. And really there are no words right now other than we all love you and we are so sorry. I moved to Oregon in 1978 to live with my aunt and uncle, Richard and Eva Bunch. Dennis was a family friend. I remember Dennis as a very kind and generous young man. We crossed paths over the years at different volunteer projects and I was able to see Dennis as a happily married man and proud parent.
