Dorinda Ann Daggett passed away Saturday, November 10, 2012 in Hillsboro, Oregon. She was 92 years old. A private graveside service will be held at 1:00PM, Friday, November 30, 2012 at the Masonic Cemetery in St. Helens followed Read Obituary
Dearest Dorinda, I will always remember the warmth of your beautiful smile. You were a wonderful inspiration to me early in life at Petaluma High School. I loved working with you in the portable classroom. I thought of you and Mr. Wonderful often over the years. Condolences to your family who were blessed to have you for so long.

I can't believe I'll never see "Sweet Dorinda" again. I didn't get to visit this year. I spent so many happy times with your Mom. I looked forward to her Christmas Card every year. What a beautiful picture of Dorinda! Lionel, my late husband, was born in St. Helens, and I recall him pointing out Dorinda's childhood home. We met at St. Matthew's in Parkrose, and I am sure that I had Pete in class at
Menlo Park when I subbed. I just wanted to reach out and give her
a hug when I saw her picture. You were blessed with a lovely mom, and
she was blessed with you! I send my deepest sympathy to you all.

Dorinda was my most trustworthy and efficient secretary at Grant Elementary School in Petaluma. She will live on in the hearts of everyone who loved her. Dorinda was a wonderful lady with a smile I will never forget. She was so kind and gracious to a young teacher's wife when Bob was principal at Rancho Cotate High School. I have many fond memories of wonderful dinners, and times at basketball games she always kept her own score sheet :-. Love and prayers for the family.
