I know Ellen was a great Mother because her daughter, Terri, and her granddaughter, Matney, are such wonderful people to be friends with. Ellen was always happy and had such a positive outlook when I spoke to her. Our prayers and hearts are with the family during this time of loss.

Your Mother will be missed greatly here in Deer Island. She was a very dear lady, we all enjoyed her, and her stories about year's gone by. She spoke very highly of all her children, and how very proud she was of each and everyone of you. Delmar was very sad to hear of her passing, he was a good friend to Ellen. I can remember the day when she love to shop, she'd get all fancied up and off they'd go,her and her girlfried. I did not know Ellen in her younger year's but I bet she was a hard worker and like to have fun. I do believe she was a happy person and was doing what she liked. God Bless Her and the Fun she brought to our lives. We Love You Ellen.
