I met Ethelmae 25 years ago while researching the county records as a landman. She was always very courteous, friendly and professional - just a very pleasant person. I am proud to say that I was a classmate of Ethelmae. We met in our freshman year, and knew each other through all four years. She kept our class of '56 together for reunions every five years. And I think, for the first few reunions at least, she did it almost singlehandedly. Even though I have not lived in OR for many years, the reunions and seeing E. were important to me. As a cousin I have known Ethelmae all of my life. She was a wonderful caring person who will be missed by all who knew and loved her. She has touched the lives and hearts of many people. Rest in Peace Ethelmae.

I feel very privileged to have known Ethelmae for so many years--and enjoyed bowling with her, on the same team, in the early 70's when she was a very GOOD bowler, and I was a very BAD bowler. She was always so much fun and a nice person to be with.
